Marketview

Conveniently located in the heart of the city, students experiencing Marketview Living are able to make the most of this central location while they study and take advantage of all that the city has to offer. Marketview is walking distance to great cafes and restaurants, shops, cultural events and the beach. Students also benefit from the support and community that UOW Living gives to all of its students.

Marketview is a self-catered residence for 144 students and appeals to 2nd year and older students in addition to postgraduate students who want to live in a vibrant city location and are happy to do their own cooking and cleaning, while being supported by University staff. Rooms are all fully furnished, and the property is owned by UOW and managed by University staff. The high level of support experienced by all students at UOW Living is available here. This includes security, wellbeing support, academic support and just settling in to the new environment and taking advantage of the wide range of events and activities.

UOW is only 10 minutes by transport and is easily accessible by the nearby free Gong Shuttle.
